This house has been ingeniously designed to make the most of its modest lot size, featuring a charming interior courtyard that serves as a secluded oasis, hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the neighborhood. This hidden gem provides a tranquil retreat from the intense summer sun of Yerevan, offering a serene space for relaxation and respite.

Clad in pristine white stone with accents of bold black stone cladding, the exterior of the house exudes sophistication and modernity. To further enhance the architectural allure, we opted to play with the placement of windows on the main facade, imbuing the design with a sense of movement and dynamism that mirrors the lively character of the quaint street where the house is nestled.

By carefully orchestrating the interplay of light and shadow, we were able to create a visually captivating facade that captures the essence of its surroundings while maintaining a sense of privacy and seclusion. This thoughtful attention to detail ensures that the house not only blends seamlessly with its urban environment but also stands out as a distinctive and stylish addition to the neighborhood.
